Janet Katzin

Janet Katzin, M.Ed., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Advancement Coordinator at Hawken School since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing volunteer groups, collaborating on fundraising initiatives, planning alumni reunions, and advising the Hawken Philanthropy Leadership Board. Prior to this role, Janet was the Development Associate at the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning, where Janet launched the first young professionals board and coordinated fundraising events. Additional experience includes roles such as Department Head Instructor at Fernwood Cove, Assistant Store Manager and Sales Guide at Eddie Bauer, and internships at deCordova Sculpture Park + Museum and Opera Saratoga. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Skidmore College and a Master of Education in Community Arts Education from Lesley University.
