Molly Toussant McLaughlin

Molly Toussant McLaughlin is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in elementary education and school administration. Currently serving as the Lower School Director at Hawken School, Molly has previously held roles including Director of Education at Intergenerational Schools and Principal at Near West Intergenerational School. With a strong foundation as an Instructional Lead Teacher, Fourth Grade Teacher, and Third Grade Teacher at Arlington Public Schools, Molly has also contributed as a Professional Development Facilitator and Destination Imagination Coach and Coordinator at Cherry Creek Schools. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from John Carroll University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Mason University.
