Jeff Conrod

Jeff Conrod has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Hawkers Asian Street Food since May 2020, where Jeff earned a 2022 Michelin Guide recommendation. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager at Landry's, General Manager at Dick's Last Resort, and various management positions at The Chop House, Applebee's, Cracker Barrel, and Flying Horse Grill. Notable achievements include leading the opening team for new locations, winning the Store of the Year award, and partnering with Big Bang dueling piano bar to enhance entertainment offerings. Jeff Conrod holds certifications in ServSafe and the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Permit, having completed a degree at Florida Atlantic University from 1997 to 2001.
