Mell Anderson

Mell Anderson is a seasoned project manager currently working at Hawke's Bay Regional Council since October 2021, overseeing regional projects and the Hill Country Erosion Programme. Prior to this role, Mell served as a director at Cartel HQ and Coffee Cartel NZ, where responsibilities included managing café/bar operations and quality service delivery. Mell also gained valuable experience as an event manager with Hawkes Bay A & P Society, coordinating significant events, and as a territory manager for Ze Magazine, focusing on advertising and client engagement. Further experience includes market coordination at Hastings City Business Association and management of retail operations for New Zealand Red Cross, overseeing multiple stores and a large volunteer team.
