Ron Caldwell

Ron Caldwell serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Hawkeye Hotels since March 2024. Previously held positions include Regional Vice President at ARBOR LODGING and Regal Hospitality Inc., as well as Regional Director of Operations at Twenty Four Seven Hotels. Ron has extensive experience managing multiple select service hotels, overseeing properties valued at over $80 million across various markets including Indianapolis, South Bend, and Louisville. Prior roles also encompass General Manager of Courtyard Schaumburg and Residence Inn Schaumburg. Ron completed education at Illinois State University from 1992 to 1995.
