Julia Galves

Julia Galves is an experienced design professional currently serving as a WLCA teacher at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology since May 2024. Julia has held the position of Sustainability Designer at Hawkins\Brown since January 2022 and previously worked as an Environmental Designer at Atelier Ten from April 2021 to December 2021. Prior roles include Environmental Consultant at Urban Systems Design and Project Architect at AR arquitetos, as well as architectural internships at Studio Arthur Casas and Isay Weinfeld. Julia began the professional journey as a Sustainability Intern at CTE - Centro de Tecnologia de Edificações. Julia holds a Master of Science in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Architecture from FAU USP, complemented by an academic exchange program at ETSAM.
