Ethan Mansfield

Ethan Mansfield is a seasoned professional in urban planning and economic development, currently serving as Pre-Development Manager and Pre-Development Project Manager at HAWKINS since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ethan worked as an Associate Current Planner for the City of Boise from February 2019 to May 2021 and held the position of Project and Research Manager at Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP) from April 2017 to February 2019. Ethan's experience also includes serving as a Regional Economist at the Idaho Department of Labor for nearly three years and working as a Research Assistant at the University of Idaho. Early career roles include positions as an Invasive Species Technician for the Idaho State Department of Agriculture and as a Field Intern at the Idaho Conservation League. Ethan holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Economics from Whitman College.
