Todd Mullins has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Equity Partner at Hawkins Construction, Inc. since April 1994. Throughout the tenure at Hawkins Construction, Todd has held various leadership roles including Sr. Vice President, Vice President, Director of Pre-Construction Services, Senior Estimator, and Project Superintendent. Prior to this, Todd served in the US Army, initially as an Ammunition Specialist from 1991 to 1994, and later continued in the US Army Reserve in the same role until June 1999.
