Kyle Reynolds

Kyle Reynolds is an Associate Attorney at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP since August 2017, specializing in drafting SEC-compliant documents and assisting with public financing transactions for various California public entities. Previously, Kyle served as a Volunteer Attorney at New Media Rights and worked as a Judicial Clerk for Judge Richard L. Puglisi at the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
