Albert Bilotti is an experienced food and beverage professional with a diverse background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hawks Cay Resort since January 2022, Albert has held similar leadership roles at notable establishments including Northwood Hospitality and The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Complementing extensive operational experience, Albert has a strong culinary foundation, having also served as Food and Beverage Director/Executive Chef at various luxury resorts and boutique hotels. Educationally, Albert holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from New York Restaurant School and completed high school at Saint Peters High School.
