Jacob Halliwill

Jacob Halliwill is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Kitchen Manager at Kern River Brewing Company since January 2014. In this role, Jacob manages the overall operation of both kitchens, coordinates events, and organizes Beer and Food Pairing dinners, while overseeing food costs and ensuring food quality and consistency. Additionally, Jacob has worked as a Lead Cook at Hawks Cay Resort since August 2011.
