Carly Sado has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their current position at HawkSEM, they serve as the Senior People Operations Manager, responsible for people and culture management. Carly joined the company in December 2021. Prior to this, Carly worked at Marcus Thomas LLC, where they held various positions including Senior People (HR) Manager, Culture and Coaching Manager, Employee Experience Specialist, Culture and Coaching Coordinator, and Culture and Coaching Intern. Carly was with the company from December 2017 to December 2021. Before joining Marcus Thomas LLC, Carly gained experience as a Marketing Communications Intern at The Local Public House in 2016 and as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Melin Tool Company during the International Manufacturing Technology Show in 2016.
Carly Sado completed their education at Kent State University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Strongsville High School between 2009 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, Carly obtained a certification in Data Science for Everyone from DataCamp in December 2021.
