Lisa Higgins

Lisa Higgins has a diverse background in integration, operations, and human resources, with notable experience at Hawksford since January 2024. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at Altum Group from January 2018 to December 2023, including Head of Human Resources and Change and Operations. Prior to that, a position as Human Resources & Business Operations Manager was held at Advisa Financial Services from August 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, Lisa served as a Business Studies lecturer and Curriculum Manager at Highlands College, Jersey, from June 2007 to July 2016. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at State Street Global Services, Manager at GS Accountants, and various training-related positions at BakerPlatt Training, BPP Professional Education, and Pitmans Training Centre. Lisa earned a Diploma in Education and Teaching from Highlands College between 2015 and 2017.
