Mark Braver

Mark Braver is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of US Operations at Hawksmoor since July 2024, Mark previously held the position of Director of Operations and Partner at The Fifty/50 Group from January 2019 to January 2024. Prior to that, Mark was Vice President of Operations at Parker Restaurant Group and Chief Operating Officer at HEISLER, where responsibilities also included Director of Operations. Mark started their career as General Manager at BOKA Restaurant Group. Mark Braver obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pennsylvania State University, graduating in January 1996.
