Patrick Urey

Patrick Urey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrick started their career with an internship at the National Football League, where they gained exposure to various departments and contributed to planning and PR efforts for NFL games in London. Following this, they worked as a Hospitality Manager at Compass Group, managing a team and providing premium hospitality to VIP guests, including key accounts of Deutsche Bank, IBM, Lanson, and G4S. Patrick then joined The Tortoise Club as a Server, where they gained valuable experience in front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant. After that, Patrick worked at FOXLOW RESTAURANTS LIMITED, initially as an Assistant General Manager, then as a General Manager, and finally as an HR & Project Manager. In these roles, they played a key role in HR and project management. Currently, Patrick is working at Hawksmoor as the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing operational aspects of the company.

Patrick Urey attended Kingston Grammar School from 2003 to 2010. Patrick then went on to study at The University of Manchester from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in International Business, Finance and Economics with a focus on Banking and Financial Support Services.
