Samantha Polak Ms, Otr/L

Samantha Polak, MS, OTR/L, currently serves as an Occupational Therapist at Hawkswood School since March 2023, bringing a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy from their previous role at Blast Off Children's Therapy Services, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2023. Samantha also has experience working as an Occupational Therapist at High Tech High and completed Level II Fieldwork at Children's Specialized Hospital and Lehigh Valley Health Network, focusing on pediatrics and adult acute care, respectively. Prior roles include Rehabilitation Aide at Hackensack Meridian Health and Special Education Paraprofessional at Tinton Falls School District. Samantha earned a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Delaware.
