Randall Kawano

Randall Kawano has a extensive work experience. Randall started their career in 1986 at City Bank as a Senior Vice President, and worked there until 2000. Then, they joined Finance Factors, Ltd. as EVP & CFO, where they were responsible for various financial and investment functions. In 2008, they moved to TeamPraxis as a Controller. From 2009 to 2013, they held various roles at Burgers On The Edge, Good To Grill, JKim Ventures, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer and Controller. Randall then joined Pacific Rim Bank as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and later became the Chief Financial Officer of HawkTree International. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in financial and accounting management, as well as their leadership skills.

Randall Kawano obtained a High School Diploma from Roosevelt High School in 1977. Randall then went on to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Accounting. In terms of additional certifications, Randall Kawano obtained a CPA (not active) from the State of Hawaii Board of Accountancy in 1984 and a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) from the AICPA in 2012.
