Alycia Moss

Alycia Moss is an experienced immigration attorney currently practicing at Hawley Troxell since July 2023. Moss previously held roles at Moss Immigration Law, PC, Smith + Malek, PLLC, Anderson George Palmer & Walsh, PLLC, and The Law Offices of Nicole R. Derden, Chartered, providing legal representation to immigration clients. Moss has also contributed to the field as a board member for Immigrant Justice Idaho since September 2021 and serves as the Board Member/Secretary for Share Our World, a not-for-profit organization focused on culturally-centered education. Prior legal experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas W. Steptoe, Jr., and a research assistant at the University of Idaho College of Law. Alycia Moss holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Denver.
