Tom Busa

Tom Busa is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as the Americas Finance Director at Haworth since April 2020, Tom previously held senior finance roles at JR Automation and Tennant Company, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for global manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. Early career experience includes significant positions at Herman Miller and HJ Heinz, where Tom contributed to cost accounting, new product development, and business risk assurance. Tom began the professional journey at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a senior accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
