Santiago Ruiz

Santiago Ruiz is an experienced educational leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in instructional technology, media production, and career and technical education. Currently serving as Interim Assistant Principal and Instructional Technology Specialist at HAWTHORNE-CEDAR KNOLLS UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT and previously as Assistant Principal of CTE at New Visions for Public Schools, Ruiz has also held significant roles in various educational institutions, including Crotona International High School as a CTE Teacher and Samuel Gompers C.T.E. High School. As the founder and CEO of Transistor Theory Media Group Inc., Ruiz has fostered a passion for media production, alongside co-founding Tuff City School of Media to provide training for media professionals. An Avid Certified Instructor in ProTools, Ruiz holds multiple degrees in Educational Leadership, Guidance and Counseling, and Career and Technical Teacher Education from The College of New Rochelle and City Tech, CUNY.
