Liz Ayers

Liz Ayers is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Brands & Marketing at The Hawthorne Gardening Company since March 2021, Liz has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Marketing and Marketing & Communications Director. Prior to this, Liz spent over a decade at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in roles such as Sales Strategy Director and Brand Marketing Director. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and a BSBA in Marketing, Transportation & Logistics, and Operations Management, both from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Additionally, experience includes positions at Abercrombie & Fitch, Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, and a brand marketing internship at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.
