Sydney Peters

Sydney Peters currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at The Hawthorne Gardening Company, the hydroponics division of Scotts Miracle-Gro, leading teams in Manufacturing, Distribution, Orders to Cash, and Technical Support since October 2020. Prior to this role, Sydney held various leadership positions at Salt & Straw, culminating as Director of Manufacturing, and gained extensive experience at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, where roles included Sales Center Manager and Senior Sales Manager. Sydney holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Washington State University and has also studied International Business at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
