Ben Marcy is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef at Hay Creek Hotels since August 2015, Ben has demonstrated leadership and culinary expertise. Prior to this role, Ben worked as Sous Chef at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa from April 2014 to July 2015, where skills in advanced cooking techniques and kitchen management were further developed.
