Kristen Gentry

Kristen Gentry is a Research Associate at HAYA Therapeutics, where Kristen utilizes functional genomics to study and inhibit the role of long non-coding RNAs in fibrosis. Kristen previously worked as a Research Associate - Biomaterials Engineering at New Age Eats, evaluating stem cell proliferation on scaffolds and conducting cell viability assays. Kristen also has experience as an Intern - Biomaterials Engineering, where Kristen performed routine cell culture maintenance and designed experiments to create food-grade biomaterials. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
