Mary Kate Dykes

Mary Kate Dykes is a skilled professional with experience in research coordination and project management within the educational and research sectors. Currently serving as Coordinator of Learning & Research at Teaching Lab since September 2022, Mary Kate develops internal systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance while analyzing data to support client objectives. Previously, as a Clinical Research Specialist at Laureate Institute for Brain Research, Mary Kate managed a large NIH-funded study, optimizing processes and ensuring adherence to protocols. Additionally, as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University, Mary Kate implemented web-based surveys and managed project timelines.
