Bruce Johnson

Bruce Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bruce currently works as a Project Manager at Hayashi Telempu North America Corp, where they demonstrate a strong understanding of HTNA APQP process. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Toyota Boshoku America, where they held various roles in Production Program Management and Production Control Analysis. In these positions, they were responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing programs and projects, as well as serving as the customer's key contact to ensure program requirements were met. Before their time at Toyota Boshoku America, Bruce worked as an Associate Minister at Croton Church of Christ and gained experience in youth leadership, small group leadership, and worship leading at Elberon United Methodist Church. Bruce also had experience in warehouse management and shipping and receiving at Finn Corporation, where they co-managed a warehouse facility, built relationships with plant management, managed employees, processed and inspected freight, and maintained a production database. Overall, Bruce has proven skills in project management, program coordination, production control analysis, team leadership, and building relationships.

Bruce Johnson completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management at Thomas More University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
