Molly Dixon

Molly Dixon, PMP, CSM has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Molly is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Operations & Planning at Lytx, Inc., where they oversee multiple functions and drives strategic initiatives to improve customer experience. Prior to this, Molly held roles such as Sr. Director of Business Acceleration and Director of Enterprise Program Management Office at Lytx, Inc. Molly also has experience in program and project management at FTD Companies and NYCA, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented successful large-scale programs. Additionally, Molly has marketing and public relations experience from roles at Sodexo, Coyne PR, and Nike Communications. Overall, their diverse background and expertise in managing projects and driving business growth make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Molly Dixon, PMP, CSM holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Wagner College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Result Management Leader from Results Management Certified (RME) with the year of completion in 2022, OKR Certified Coach in 2021 from the Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method, Certified ScrumMaster in 2014 from the Scrum Alliance, and Project Management Professional in June 2014 from the Project Management Institute.
