Hashim Zaibak

Hashim Zaibak has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. Hashim served as the CEO of Hayat Pharmacy from January 2011 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a pharmacist and Pharmacy District Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy from January 2007 to August 2011. In 2019, they joined the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as a Clinical Assistant Professor, a role they held until January 2020.

Hashim Zaibak began their education in 1992 at Moraine Valley Community College, where they pursued a degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Hashim completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in 1995. Hashim then continued their education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1995 to 1999, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in the field of Pharmacy. In terms of additional certifications, Hashim Zaibak obtained their Immunization certification from the American Pharmacists Association in January 2000. Hashim later obtained their MTM Certification from the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin in January 2013.
