Rolando Medina Tejeda

Rolando Medina Tejeda is a highly experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and cost control, currently serving as a Staff Engineer for Special Projects at Hayco since December 2018. In this role, responsibilities include CapEx management and overseeing the LEED Certification Program during the expansion phase. Prior to Hayco, Rolando held positions such as Senior Project Controller at Vec/Perez Morales and Payroll Engineer at Codelpa, where expertise in cost analysis, subcontractor payments, and project scheduling was demonstrated. Additional experience includes work as a Project Controller at Consorcio Minerdomsa Caribe and roles in early career positions at AI International Business Development and Grupo Constructor del Caribe. Rolando holds a Civil Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
