The current leadership team at Haydale has a wide range of experience in different industries. The team has a mix of education, with some members holding degrees in business administration and management, economics, chemical engineering, and others having attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for officer training. The team has experience working in various UK sites as well as internationally. Members of the team have also worked as partners in a drinks capital company and as the managing director of a wine company. The team's experience culminates in their current positions as the CEO and president of Advanced Composite Materials LLC, the vice president of Advanced Composite Materials, LLC, and the director of international business development at BBA Fiberweb.
