Mariah Lichtenstern

Mariah "Roman" Lichtenstern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital, technology, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Founding Partner and Managing Director at DiverseCity Ventures, Lichtenstern focuses on accelerating scalable, technology-enabled companies with positive social impact. As a Convergence Accelerator Coach at the National Science Foundation, Lichtenstern addresses societal challenges through convergence research. Additional roles include AI Ethics Advisor at Hayden AI, Board Member at FourthWave.io, and Member of UCLA Ventures, which supports entrepreneurial initiatives. Lichtenstern is also a public speaker on topics such as diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship.
