Tianxue Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various tech companies and academic institutions. They began their career as an SDE Intern at HERE Technologies in 2018, where they worked on cleaning up 2D building footprints using LiDAR point cloud and NIR data using Python and C++. In 2019, Chen joined Uber as a Software Engineer, specializing in software development. They then transitioned to Microsoft in 2020, initially working as a Software Engineer and later advancing to the role of Software Engineer II. At Microsoft, Chen gained experience in software engineering and development. In 2017, Chen pursued a Master of Science in UCLA's ECE department, focusing on machine learning and computer vision tasks, particularly deep learning methods for depth map reconstruction. Most recently, Chen joined Hayden AI in 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer.
Tianxue Chen completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Optical and Information Science Engineering at Zhejiang University from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at UCLA from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Tianxue obtained several certifications including Digital Signal Processing in November 2017, C++ For C Programmers, Part A in October 2016, Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach in September 2016, and Introduction to HTML5 in August 2016, all from Coursera.
