Tk Shimojo

TK Shimojo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic investments and business development within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Director at NTT DOCOMO since April 2024, TK develops and executes global M&A strategies, while also managing global partnerships at RapidSOS and holding strategic investor roles at multiple companies, including TVision, Hayden AI, TileDB, and Reconstruct Inc. Prior experience includes a managerial position at NTT DOCOMO Ventures, where TK sourced investment opportunities and orchestrated collaborations leading to significant sales targets. With an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and engineering degrees from The University of Tokyo and Tokyo Metropolitan University, TK has contributed to pioneering advances in mobile networking technologies, resulting in numerous published papers and patents.
