Steve Ward

Steve Ward serves as the General Manager of Sales for North America at Haydenshapes Surfboards since April 2022, overseeing a global performance surfboard brand recognized for its award-winning products, including the best-selling 'Hypto Krypto.' In addition to this role, Steve has been an Executive Sales and Marketing Leader as a consultant since April 2018. Previously, from November 2010 to March 2018, Steve was the General Manager of O’Neill, contributing to the La Jolla Group's executive team and setting financial and strategic goals for the company. Other roles at O'Neill include SVP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Marketing, and National Sales Manager. Earlier in the career, Steve held positions at Oakley as National Sales Manager for Footwear & Apparel and Sales Manager. Education was completed at Saddleback College.
