Dana Boan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 1998, they started their career as a Retail Market Analyst at Dow Chemical and worked there until 2008.

From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Accounting Analyst at INVISTA.

Dana then joined The Dow Chemical Company in 2010 and held two roles there. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Regional Price Manager in Dow Building and Construction. From 2015 to 2018, they also served as a National Account Manager for Retail.

In 2018, they moved to DowDuPont and worked there as a National Account Manager from 2018 to 2019.

After that, they worked at DuPont Performance Building Solutions from 2019 to 2021 as a National Account Executive, responsible for strategic account development and management.

From 2021 to 2023, Dana Boan worked at Myers Industries as a Senior Ecommerce Manager, overseeing the entire marketplace strategy for distribution in the US.

Their most recent role is at Haydon Corporation, where they serve as the Director of Commercial Excellence starting in 2023.

Dana Boan has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University. In 2019, they also received a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Science of Stretching Coach certification from YOGABODY in September 2022. Additionally, they obtained the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, and the Tai Chi Certification from FAI in September 2020.
