Steve Hayes

Steve Hayes is the Partner and Founder of Hayes Commercial Group since June 2008. Prior to that, Steve co-founded Leider Hayes Commercial in June 2004 and Blair Hayes Commercial in April 1993. With over three decades of experience, Steve also held positions at Grubb & Ellis as a Senior Vice President and Santa Barbara Branch Founder, and at Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Broker. Before venturing into the commercial real estate industry, Steve worked as a Sales Executive at Xerox. Steve graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Public Relations, after completing their education at Palisades High School.
