David Richardson

David Richardson is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Hayes Locums since September 2015, overseeing various teams including Credentialing, Licensing, Assignment Coordinators, Marketing, and Travel Customer Service to ensure efficient processes and compliance. Prior roles at Hayes Locums include Director of Customer Experience and Director of Business Development, where responsibilities focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and scaling departments to meet growth needs within a leading physician placement firm. Prior to Hayes Locums, David served as Lead Pastor at Treasure Coast Presbyterian Church from May 2011 to August 2015. David holds a Masters of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
