Andrea Johnson, MBA

Andrea Johnson, MBA has worked in various roles since 1999. Andrea began their career as a Staff Assistant and Office Manager at Bridgewater State University, where they managed the activities of two full time employees and oversaw the parking and identification services of approximately 8,000 clients. Andrea then moved to RE/MAX in 2005, where they worked as a Realtor and assisted home buyers and sellers in negotiating and purchasing Real Estate. In 2007, they took a Sales Consultant role at Scholastic Book Fairs, where they were responsible for scheduling and supporting book fair literacy events in an assigned sales territory worth $1.8 million in revenue. In 2009, they became the Fitness Director/Personal Trainer at EFC - Everybody's Fitness Center, where they were responsible for the oversight of the Fitness Coaching Department and grew department revenue by restructuring staff commission structure and creating new revenue streams. In 2015, they took a General Manager Business Development role at Synergy Health & Wellness, where they developed a business model, supervised renovation and build out of a niche fitness studio for private investors, and implemented training and development plans. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Implementation Project Manager at MDaudit, where they are responsible for end-to-end Project Management that aligns internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed upon milestones, adhere to the critical path, and identifies and mitigates risks.

Andrea Johnson, MBA has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. Andrea subsequently attended Bridgewater State University again from 2000 to 2002, studying Health Education and Promotion. In 2009, they obtained their MSCEIT Certification & EI Skills from EI Skills. In 2010, they obtained their Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Finally, Andrea is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
