Kim Layre

Kim Layre currently serves as the Manager of Training Implementation and Evaluation at The Wendy's Company since January 2021, having previously held the role of Field Training Manager. Prior to this, Kim Layre worked at Rita’s Franchise Company from February 2014 to January 2021, where duties included Franchise Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and New Store Opening Coordinator. Kim Layre is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Temple University and holds a Bachelor's degree in History, Secondary Education from Holy Family University, complemented by educational experiences at the University of Pennsylvania.
