Ben Schreiber

Ben Schreiber began their work experience in 2004 at Signicast Investment Castings where they worked in various roles including production and training. In production, they performed tasks such as finishing inspection, foundry work, and dip cell master technician. Ben also worked as a trainer, providing new employee orientation and teaching manufacturing master technicians. In 2013, they became an Engineering Specialist, collaborating with customers, production, and subcontractors to improve processes and products, as well as creating and maintaining work instructions and procedures. In 2022, they joined Hayes Performance Systems as an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer.
