Jim Barthel

Jim Barthel has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jim is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Hayes Performance Systems, a global manufacturer of brakes, suspension systems, wheels, and components. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Primex Family of Companies, a provider of wireless facility monitoring and synchronized time technologies. Jim also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Hufcor, Inc, where they were responsible for all global finance, treasury, accounting, and IT functions. Before that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lucas Milhaupt- Global Brazing Solutions, a global manufacturer of brazing solutions. Jim also gained experience at GE Healthcare as the Group Controller for Diagnostic Imaging, at Deloitte as a Senior Manager performing IT consulting and audit procedures, at G. Leblanc Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for financial, treasury, HR, and IT activities, and at Beloit Corporation as an Assistant Controller for the largest division. Their career started at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager providing audit and tax services to emerging companies and performing IT audit procedures.

Jim Barthel attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
