Alyssa Martorano

Alyssa Martorano is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across several companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hayfin Capital Management LLP since July 2022, Alyssa previously held positions at Magnetar Capital as a Senior Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Associate from March 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Aon as a Benefit Operations Manager and Business Delivery Specialist from 2016 to February 2018, and at CME Group as a Recruiter/Project Coordinator from June 2015 to March 2016. Alyssa began their career as a Marketing Intern at Zeller Marketing & Design from 2012 to June 2015. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, where studies took place from September 2015 to 2016.
