Carinne Withey

Carinne Withey is an experienced corporate leader currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Royal Bank of Scotland International since July 2023. Withey has held the position of Senior Independent Board Adviser at Hayfin Capital Management LLP since April 2019, where responsibilities include Chairing the Risk and Audit Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
