Dhinusha Munien (M.Inst.D)

Dhinusha Munien (M.Inst.D) currently serves as Legal: Group Company Secretary and Global Corporate Governance at Hayfin Capital Management LLP. Prior to this, Dhinusha worked at Arendt Services S.A. and Calulo Investments Pty (Ltd) as a Legal Advisor and Assistant Group Company Secretary. With a background in corporate law and governance, Dhinusha has experience in various sectors including energy, private equity, real estate, and funds.
