Lydia Dong

Lydia Dong, CPA, currently serves as the Investor Relations Reporting Manager at Hayfin Capital Management LLP since July 2022, following their role as an Executive at Macquarie Group's Asset Management Private Credit division from April 2021 to July 2022. Lydia began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from September 2014 to February 2018, and gained further experience as a Senior Fund Accountant at Noah International (Hong Kong) Limited from August 2018 to July 2019. Previously, Lydia interned at Hayfin Capital Management LLP in the summer of 2020. Academic credentials include a Master's in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong, along with an exchange program at San Francisco State University.
