Roberto Alessi

Roberto Alessi has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Roberto is currently working at Hayfin Capital Management LLP, starting in 2020 as an Investment Associate and later progressing to Investment Principal. In 2023, they assumed the position of Investment Director. Prior to that, Alessi worked at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to 2020, initially as an Analyst and later as an Associate. Roberto also had an internship at Goldman Sachs in 2015, where they were part of the Asset Investing Team and focused on analyzing and acquiring NPLs and Distressed Real Estate portfolios in Europe. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Alessi worked as a Summer Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse in 2014.

Roberto Alessi completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance at Università Bocconi from 2010 to 2013. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Boston College in 2012, focusing on Economics and Finance. Continuing their educational journey, Roberto completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' from 2013 to 2015.
