Dilini Dissanayake

Dilini Dissanayake began their work experience in 2011 as a Trainee Management Consultant at Ernst & Young. After that, they joined Amba Research in 2012 and worked there as an Associate Vice President until 2017. In 2017, they moved to Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services and served as a Delivery Manager until 2018. Currently, they are working at Hayleys Advantis Limited, where they started as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Business Development in 2018 and later became the Manager of Group Corporate Planning & Strategy in 2022.

Dilini Dissanayake pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (sp) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Dilini enrolled in this program in 2009 and completed it in 2013.

Concurrently with their undergraduate studies, from 2009 to 2012, Dilini also pursued a diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK. This program focused on the field of management accounting.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Dilini went on to earn the ACMA CGMA, UK certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Dilini completed this program from 2012 to 2016. This certification focused on the broader areas of accounting and business management.

Finally, in 2016 and 2017, Dilini attended the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) to acquire a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
