Isurika Hettiarachchi

Isurika Hettiarachchi began their work experience in August 2016 at Sampath Bank, where they worked in Human Resources Management until February 2017. In March 2017, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Coordinator and continued in that role. Their most recent position was at Hayleys Advantis Limited, starting in March 2019. Here, they worked in Human Resources Management and Administration.

Isurika Hettiarachchi's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in English from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) in 2011-2012. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management at the University of Peradeniya from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they completed a Master of Business Management (MBM) in Business Management at the University of Colombo from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Isurika is pursuing a Chartered Qualification of Human Resources in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) from 2020 to 2022.
