Experience includes serving as General Manager at Hayleys Fentons, Deputy General Manager of Engineering at Hayleys Energynet, and Assistant General Manager at Hayleys Energynet (Hayleys Solar). Mahesh has also held the position of Head of Industrial Engineering at Analytical Instruments (Pvt) Ltd, focusing on Water Solutions in the industry.
