Karla Nicholson

​As Executive Director of Haymarket, Karla applies her experience and skills in community organizing, grassroots individual fundraising, and organizational development to focus on strengthening and expanding Haymarket's impact toward increasing organizational visibility and sustainability. This vision includes deepening and expanding opportunities with allies, partners, and especially Haymarket grantees to create an anti-racism movement for social change in communities across the New England region. Karla finds balance through family time, art, long walks, good books, and capturing family history.
